Basic Outdoor Skills

I chaperoned Troop 980 through Basic Outdoor Skills training. We learned how to properly handle a knife, make a square knot, build a campfire, attend to first aid emergencies, and use other outdoor cooking techniques. These girls are certainly entertaining. I'm going to need to store some energy for our first outdoor camping experience in June.

PRE Spring Fling & South Carroll Community Expo

We rode a bus to PRE to attend Julia's Spring Fling. Later, we went to Oklahoma Road Middle School to support Dave's company. Julia got an awesome crown braid done at one of the booths.
