Pumpkins

Julia designed a two-faced creature, but Daddy talked her into a simpler design. He wasn't prepared for the intricate layout.

They cut pumpkin pieces with play kitchen knives.

Kindercare Fall Festival

This weekend we learned just how passionate Noley is about winning games!

Princess Ariel gets rosy cheeks at the face painting station.

The kids enjoyed playing bean bag toss!

I zoomed in on Noley because his expression is awesome! He LOVED playing bean bag toss and made this face whenever he placed a bean bag in the hole. There was no actual throwing. Lots of cheating involved.

The kids also enjoyed playing basketball.

Sneak Peak at our Halloween Costumes

I took some pics this weekend of the kids in their Halloween costumes. Julia loves to model and has quite an extensive set of poses. She literally became Princess Ariel and got really mad if we slipped up and called her Julia. Nolan and Sadie are indeed minions. We have no idea what they are saying, but they are quite amusing. We bribed Sadie with Beggin Strips and Nolan decided to give it a try as well.

This is what happens when I tell her to smile for the camera!

Noley as Dave the Minion

He runs and...

dances.

The only time our minion sat still.

No one would look at me!

Check out that tongue! Our minions enjoyed Beggin Strips. No, I didn't let Nolan eat it.

Chuck E. Cheese

I took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese last week. Nolan froze as soon as he saw the Chuck E. Cheese band. Luckily, he was fascinated and not terrified!

Checking out the band

Nolan wanted to go on stage!

Nolan loved to drive.

Julia won over 70 tickets! She is a pro;)

Julia had fun on the clock ride.

Nolan is a climber. He had tons of energy left after going to Chuck E. Cheese.

I'm sneaking in a random Kindercare pic from this past week. Nolan practiced using a knife at Kindercare.

Larriland Farms

We visited Larriland Farms to pick pumpkins today. We enjoyed a nice hayride and a super quick run through the Boo Barn. Nolan thoroughly enjoyed his apple sample.
